Scholarship Application:
The applications should
be accompanied by the following:
- A birth certificate or other evidence of
citizenship.
- A certified copy of the candidate's academic
record original or certified copies of other awards and achievements
relevant to the scholarship.
- The names of two persons from whom the
selection panel may obtain a written assessment of the candidate's
achievements to date and potential for further development.
- A statement of the candidate's proposed program
of study and, if possible, evidence that the candidate would be
accepted by the institution offering the program.
- Any other evidence that the candidate judges
relevant to the application.
