Print an application and mail it to:
Scholarships Officer of the applicant's university
or to the Scholarships Officer at the NZVCC,
PO. Box 11-915, Wellington
Musical Performance Pratt Scholarship in Musical Performance
if the applicant is applying directly to the NZVCC.
The applications should be accompanied by the following:
A birth certificate or other evidence of citizenship.
A certified copy of the candidate's academic record original or
certified copies of other awards and achievements relevant to
the scholarship.
The names of two persons from whom the selection panel may
obtain a written assessment of the candidate's achievements
to date and potential for further development.
A statement of the candidate's proposed program of study and,
if possible, evidence that the candidate would be accepted
by the institution offering the program.
Any other evidence that the candidate judges relevant to the application.
