Campbell-White Scholarship Application:

Applications for the Campbell-White Scholarship can be obtained here.

The applications should be accompanied by the following:

  • A birth certificate or other evidence of citizenship.

  • A certified copy of the candidate's academic record original or certified copies of other awards and achievements relevant to the scholarship.

  • The names of two persons from whom the selection panel may obtain a written assessment of the candidate's achievements to date and potential for further development.

  • A statement of the candidate's proposed program of study and, if possible, evidence that the candidate would be accepted by the institution offering the program.

  • Any other evidence that the candidate judges relevant to the application.
